PBX-CHANGE has a service experience history deeply rooted in the in the mechanical office product technology industry, having started in the 1960's as the Tampa branch office providing sales and repair service for the Olivetti Co. Business equipment has changed as computers replaced typewriters, adding machines, and other electro-mechanical equipment and so did the company. In 1998 it became Y-Tech Solutions which sold and serviced the most current computer systems and networks. The company has always remained family-owned and operated and has been able to remain abreast of the rapidly changing technology industry by providing new divisions to provide the latest technology for its clients.

In 2000 the next logical step was Tampabay DSL to provide high speed internet access for companies and individuals. The company's reputation for quality has kept Tampabay DSL providing broadband services while dozens of other providers have come and gone.

In 2002 the company formed what is now TechnoDocUSA, the next generation in consulting services for medical offices, with a staff of professionals available to assist doctors in every aspect of Practice Management from Credentialing and Contracting to Electronic Medical Record Solutions.
